This project is based on three fundamental pillars: autonomization of cybersecurity technologies, scaling of the cybersecurity industry, and internationalization of the cybersecurity market—this program aims to strengthen Taiwan’s self-reliant cybersecurity capabilities, assist in the expansion of the domestic cybersecurity industry, and promote exports to global markets. The goal is to build a cybersecurity industry capable of supporting a digital nation and ensuring economic security. The pooject's key initiatives include:

1. Dedicates resources in the research and development of autonomization cybersecurity detection and prevention technologies to empower industries with enhanced cybersecurity defense capabilities.
2. Establishing a fundraising program to assist companies in investment evaluation and capital linkage, thereby revitalizing the cybersecurity investment ecosystem.
3. Promote cyber security registration mechanisms and independent cyber security product certifications, encourage domestic businesses to develop independent cyber security defense product. 
4. Organize cybersecurity assessment service teams for offering cybersecurity testing services to local enterprises. These services aim to provide actionable insights into internal security vulnerabilities and risk exposure, along with strategic recommendations to strengthen overall cybersecurity resilience.
5. Advancing certification mechanisms for cybersecurity standards in mobile applications and the Internet of Things (IoT) to encourage developers to adopt secure development practices.
6. Hosting international cybersecurity competitions and CISO summit to strengthen Taiwan’s talent capabilities and foster policy and technical exchanges.
7. Cooperate with industry associations or international partners to organize overseas marketing and matchmaking activities, driving the export of Taiwan’s cybersecurity products and services to international markets, thereby increasing the value of cybersecurity product exports.
